The author portrays interpersonal relationships in the parish of the Blessed Virgin Mary Queen of Peace in Łódź, focusing on their role in shaping the identity of the parish community in an urban context. Based on ethnographic research, including in-depth interviews and participant observation, the multidimensional dynamics of social and spiritual ties are presented. The analysis reveals how daily interactions, rituals and communal engagement affect the building of community unity and its ability to adapt and create the future.
