Kilka uwag o fragmencie naczynia z Odercy (Bułgaria)

Podczas prac wykopaliskowych w bizantyńskiej twierdzy w Odercy (Bułgaria) odkryto fragment dekorowanego kieliszka lub pucharka. Czerwonobrązowe opakowe nitki szklane nałożone bezpośrednio pod krawędzią i poniżej, jak również, niestety bardzo fragmentarycznie zachowana namalowana grecka inskrypcja, czyni to naczynie wyjątkowym. Najprawdopodobniej powstało ono w jednym z warsztatów szklarskich funkcjonujących na obszarze wschodniego Śródziemnomorza. Aleksandria wydaje się tu być najbardziej oczywistym kandydatem. Naczynie z Odercy można datować na VI w
