The review presents the publication celebrating the 65th birthday of a historian Wojciech Tygielski. The volume contains 21 texts published by Tygielski in journals and books on the turn of the 21st c. They are both presentation of the historian’s contribution to Polish and European historiography on the early modern times and a novel view on several important questions concerning the period.
